Energy Conservation video...

1.We can't use the wind all the time because if there are some days without wind electricity will not be generated. 

2. The possible solutions are use smaller turbines so the amount of noise generated will be less.

3. We can make the video a bit more interactive so children will understand better than the long commentary

1. The target audience of this clip are kids.
2. The message this video is trying to convey is that we must use energy efficient bulbs and how to do your part as a kid to conserve energy
3. The clip is effective because of the way the message is conveyed through cartoons and is interactive
4. It can be improved by giving more ways to conserve energy and some encouragement
